Contemporary institutional architecture

AI that moves beyond the promise.

Your organization does not need another AI vision deck. It needs a partner who can understand the pressure, find the use cases worth pursuing, and stay accountable until AI is operating safely inside your environment.

Public Health

National Laboratory Surveillance Platform

National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM)

RIVM needed a national surveillance capability that could turn fragmented laboratory, epidemiological, and genomic data into a dependable view of infectious-disease risk. The platform unifies cases, cohorts, and DNA sequences for Salmonella today, with an operating model designed to extend to other pathogens. The result is faster, traceable surveillance that public-health teams can trust and scale.

AI-Powered Patient Feedback Analysis

Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC)

Patient comments contain insights that traditional surveys often leave hidden. AI-PREM helps LUMC organize open-ended feedback by topic and sentiment, giving care teams a clear view of recurring experiences and the underlying comments. The approach grew from one pilot to eight care pathways, making the patient voice easier to act on at scale.

Governmental Expenditure Platform

ICTU / Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations of the Netherlands

Financial transparency across 15 ministries was constrained by inconsistent submissions and time-consuming corrections. The Departmental Spend Portal standardizes the reporting process and consolidates expenditure data into a reliable government-wide view. Intelligent matching against the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register made organization-data correction approximately 9,000 times faster, accelerating analysis and reporting.

How we work through it

A clear route from problem to useful system.

01

Understand the workflow

Review how the work happens today, who uses the result, and where time or information gets lost.

02

Test a useful first version

Use representative data and agree how to judge the result before committing to a larger build.

03

Connect it to daily work

Integrate with the relevant systems and test the experience with the people who will use it.

04

Prepare for ongoing use

Document operation, clarify ownership, and agree how changes and failures will be handled.

Problems we can help untangle

What does your team need to make work?

The right answer may be better data flow, clearer information, or a dependable way to run a pilot. We start with the work, then choose the technology.

01

Bring scattered data into one reliable workflow

Connect sources, validate submissions, and make information usable for reporting and decisions.

02

Make large volumes of text easier to use

Organize feedback, classify documents, and extract information that people can review and act on.

03

Turn a working pilot into an operational service

Address integration, access, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance so the work can continue after the pilot.

The questions we resolve before deployment

A useful system has to fit the way your organization handles information, decisions, and responsibility. We make these practical questions explicit early.

Data and access

What information is needed, where it is processed, and who can access it?

Review and accountability

Which outputs need human review, how is performance monitored, and how can issues be traced?

Existing systems

How will the solution connect to the tools and infrastructure already in use?

Ownership and maintenance

Who operates the system, and what documentation and handover do they need?

A better first conversation

Tell us about the workflow you want to improve.

What is taking too much time, what information is difficult to use, or where has a pilot stalled? Describe the problem and the systems involved.
